Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from California, USA.
US orders will be shipped by USPS First Class, which includes tracking. Orders will be shipped according to the information on the product page.
International orders may take 1-4 weeks to deliver. Other fees such as import duties, VATs, etc. must be payed separately by the buyer. Please contact your domestic mail service if any complications or inquiries arise.
Shipping address changes may be made up until the date stated on the product page. Please contact me for any necessary changes.
Return Policy
I do not accept returns or exchanges after payment. All sales are final.
If an item goes missing during delivery or other complications arise, please check the shipping address of your order and contact your local post office.
Pay for Production (P4P)
All fan merchandise for MXTX novels (SVSSS, MDZS, and TGCF) will be priced according to the price of production, which includes store fees, tax, shipping and production costs of said merchandise.
While absolutely no profit cannot be guaranteed, I will try my best to keep the prices at the lowest possible minimum. Other supplies must be paid for, as well as the time I've spent in order to produce and sell these products--I do not want to fall into debt while selling merch.
Tax and shipping for the actual product purchased through the store will be charged accordingly.
